The last three weeks presented technical challenges for the site. We received reports of slow user experience and code lock-ups. We made several adjustments to the server including code edits, hardware replacement, and server setting changes. The bulk of this work was completed by Wednesday afternoon October, 23rd. We contacted most subscribers that had previously experienced problems and they reported service improvements. Our internal data monitoring also concludes significant speed improvements. Our goal is to always maintain premium server speed and performance for all subscribers. We apologize for any frustration caused during this time.
