Due to popular demand from our North Carolina Algebra II teachers, we have added a second version of our Algebra II EOC review. The new version is still based on the North Carolina Standard Course of Study, however this version is broken down into seven, smaller, logically-grouped units, rather than just the two (Number and Operations and Algebra) Competency Goals indicated by the state standards.
The best part is that we are providing this new version at no additional or future costs. It is an integral part of your NC Algebra II EOC subscription. We simply want to make it as valuable as possible for you and your students.

Due to popular demand from our Mississippi social studies teachers, we have added a second version of our US History SATP review. The new version has the same content found on the US History test, but this version is organized chronologically to allow a greater integration into unit-taught curriculum.

Last Friday we set a new personal record for site use. We hit a max of 26 MB/s of site use. This is approximately twice the bandwidth from last Spring. This is the result of subscriber growth and increased site use nearing the end of the semester.
The good news is that the servers performed very well. Site speed remained quick and responsive. We monitor the servers closely and will always invest our resources to keep your online experience efficient.

If you have an ActivBoard in your room, you can use your board and USATestprep in a variety of ways. If you’re interested in doing a class diagnostic quiz, simply hand out the clickers and go to the Question Activity of your choosing. Pull up each of the questions, one at a time. For each question, have the students answer with the clicker. Then, when all have selected an answer, look up the stats on the question and paste them to the screen. Finally, choose the most common answer on the website, using the ActivBoard, and read the explanation. Or, have a student do this last part. Move on to the next question.
If you’re really feeling adventurous, make a flip chart of your own. For each item, cut and paste the question and explanation page onto separate pages and take your class through the whole thing. You can then track their answers at the end of the session.
Don’t forget that the students really enjoy playing the games in a class-wide mode, and they’re all standards-based!

The South Carolina State Department of Education recently released revised Core Area Academic Standards for the Algebra I/Math for Technologies II EOCEP. We have worked hard to develop a new review for this test from the ground up that meets these new standards. We have spent much time reviewing old questions and authoring new ones to ensure that your students have the best possible online, review resource for this challenging, new test.
For now, we will be leaving the old test in place for any students that did not pass based on the old standards. You will find this on the test pull-down menu as Algebra I (2002). You will find all of the same great features in place for this test review. If you are not currently subscribed to this review and would like to add it, please contact us by phone or email. We can have access available within 24 hours. We can also provide you with a pro-rated price, so all of your expiration dates match.
Let us know if you have any questions.

As you are aware, the South Carolina Department of Education recently revised and approved a new set of course standards for the English I EOCEP. USATestprep has dedicated much time and energy over the past two months editing our content to ensure that our review is the best possible match to these new standards and indicators. As always, this updated review is provided at no extra expense to our current subscribers, and the old standards-based review is still available for those students retesting. We hope that these changes will allow your students to be well-prepared for their end-of-course exam in English I this year.
