ATLANTA, April 16, 2021 - USATestprep, a national leader in performance-based, standards-aligned curriculum and assessments for grades K-12, today announced the launch of a new pricing structure available to new and existing subscribers.
The new pricing offers schools and districts the opportunity to give every student in a school unlimited access to all courses and resources within the Progress Learning platform, across every grade and subject, at a substantial discount. For schools that wish to focus solely on a particular content area, such as ELA, math, science, or social studies, subject-matter packages are also available.
"We updated our pricing model for two key reasons," notes Will Clemens, CEO of USATestprep. "The first is that a package model offers far more course access to teachers and students, allowing teachers to better scaffold student learning. For example, instead of having just 4th-grade math available, teachers can assign third-grade math for struggling learners, and 5th-grade math for advanced learners.
"In addition to offering broader access to learning resources, this new pricing gives elementary or middle schools a 66% savings over purchasing individual courses. The savings for high schools is even greater, at 75%."
The company also offers district and multi-year discounts on top of the package savings.
For elementary and middle schools, the new pricing will also include full access to the LiftOff platform. LiftOff is an adaptive intervention program that supports instruction by targeting specific academic standards in vertical alignment for math and reading. LiftOff recovers learning loss that has occurred by finding students’ learning level through a diagnostics assessment. Then, students can begin to work on their own individualized learning plan.
"The combination of the Progress Learning platform plus LiftOff ensures that we are giving teachers the tools they need to reach every learner, at every level," says USATestprep President Jeremy Verret. "For any learning tool, teachers and administrators want to know, “Is it working?’ Our data insights in both platforms answer that question and measure exactly when and how real learning is taking place."
Both Clemens and Verret point out that with the sustained learning loss that took place due to COVID, it's never been more important to put trusted recovery tools into the hands of K-12 educators.
“Our platform can pinpoint student weaknesses, diagnose proficiency, and track learning gains, all in one place,” says Clemens. “We’re constantly innovating ways to make teachers’ lives easier.”
